Hi there! My name is Ryan (he/him). I offer online therapy for adults. I take an integrative, person-centered approach that brings together curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based methods to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I hold the view that, given the right space and support, people have the capacity to move toward greater clarity, growth and change—even when things feel stuck or uncertain.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I work with adults, offering online therapy across Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, and other eligible provinces in Canada.

You feel tangled up in thoughts and can’t see a clear way forward
You know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start
You feel emotional pain and struggle to make things better
You feel like there is something inherently wrong, defective, or flawed inside
You feel pulled between what you want and what others expect
You second-guess yourself, or replay decisions in your head
You've tried to make change, but it doesn't seem to work out or stick
If this feels familiar, therapy could be the start of untangling what’s going on inside.
How therapy can help
Therapy offers a space to notice, reflect, and explore your experiences—without pressure or judgment.
Working together, we can aim to:
Observe patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, and how your life circumstances, your culture, and social context may shape them
Explore different ways of responding in daily life
Build awareness of your needs, boundaries, and values
Make greater and kinder contact with the painful and vulnerable parts of our inner lives
Develop a caring and trusting relationship with yourself
Consider how the different parts of who you are—your identities, experiences, and roles—affect how you feel and respond
Try out new ways of doing things in your day-to-day life
Curious if working together might be a good fit?
I offer a free 20-minute consultation where you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a sense of how therapy could work for you.
